Winter Session Registration
Dear Woodallkids Parents/Guardians,
We will be closed for Winter Break from December 19-31, 2011. This includes our regularly scheduled sessions, PREP and Social Groups. We will reopen for regularly scheduled sessions Monday, January 2, 2012.
During our Winter Break we are offering 1:1 ABA therapy during two weeks, 4 days each, with morning sessions from 9:00-12:00 and afternoon sessions from 1:00-4:00. We will be closed from 12:00-1:00 every day. Your child may come in the morning, afternoon, or both. The price for each session is set and based on the full 4 days. No discounts, grants, or refunds are applicable to these Winter Sessions.
Registration form and Payment are due by December 10th. No late payments will be accepted. Slots will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, so turn in your Registration NOW!! A minimum number of children will need to be registered in order to run the program. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from Tracy.

PM Therapy: $240 per week
AM & PM Therapy: $480 per week (closed from 12-1)
