NHC-ASA Member for 2008:  $25.00 (e-mail us for membership form & dues to be sent in with your registration)
Married couple:  $55.00 (one set of books)
Professional:  $55.00

Registrations postmarked AFTER February 1st:
Parent of child with disability:  $65.00
NHC-ASA Member for 2008:  $25.00 (e-mail us for membership form to be sent in with your registration)
Married couple:  $80.00 (one set of books)
Professional:  $80.00

ALL Registrations must be received by mail and postmarked PRIOR to February 29th.

If you wish to register AFTER February 29th - you will need to register at the door!
